Chemical engineers apply their scientific understanding – such as chemistry, biology, physics, and arithmetic – to address problems with the usage or manufacture of chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and other products. Chemical engineers convert laboratory techniques into practical applications for commercial product manufacturing, and then strive to maintain and enhance those processes. They rely on engineering’s three fundamental pillars: mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Chemical engineers’ major responsibility is to develop and debug processes for the production of things like chemicals, fuels, foods, medicines, and biologicals.
2. Biomedical Engineer
A biomedical engineer applies the analytical methods of other forms of engineering to issues in medicine and biology. They are educated on how to assess and create solutions to improve patient care. They are the experts behind advanced medical technology such as MRIs and tiny surgical devices. They are also in charge of installing, maintaining, and repairing medical machinery and equipment, as well as providing technical assistance. They ensure that they are constantly operating at optimum performance and will not jeopardize the lives of patients.
3. Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical engineering is one of the most diverse engineering areas, with products ranging from electric generators to batteries to refrigeration systems. Mechanical engineers create thermal and mechanical sensing devices such as engines, tools, and machines. Mechanical engineers can work in various fields such as product design, manufacturing and system management. They are very needed at some places with less clean water resources and will analyse the hygiene level of a place. An environmental engineer is basically all about natural resources that we can use in the world.
